  • Served as the Director of campus safety and security for two private educational institutions over 10 years.

Created, maintained, and updated emergency operations plans (EOP) for private schools in Connecticut, New York, and Georgia.

  • We continue to work with SIMEX Hub in Nepal to secure funding for a community resilience project. Once funding is secured, we will begin the $800,000 project.

  • This project focuses on locating homeless populations and completing a pre-disaster intake for this demographic. The intake will capture pertinent information and contact methods to link homeless people with resources before, during, and after disaster. It will also establish a communication infrastructure for messaging.

  • A comprehensive program focusing on Community Resilience in the first 72 hours following a disaster.

  • The CRH is a customizable strategic framework that allows a community to establish a dedicated coordination point, whether at a physical site, a virtual platform, or a hybrid.  It is a highly effective stakeholder collective.  The primary goal is to ensure that when natural or manmade disasters strike, the community has a pre-defined, trusted structure for preparedness, communication, resource optimization, immediate response, and short and long-term stabilization.
